Juliet Bailey

In addition to being on the main Board of Governors, I am also the Chair of the Resources Committee.  That involves helping our school to think about money and how best to spend (and save) it and includes staff welfare, which is key to staff engagement and well-being. Both areas tie in with my professional life in the financial services sector where I manage a budget and lead a team. 

I live in north Leeds and have two children so I am very interested in how young people learn and develop whilst having fun. I love going to the cinema and theatre in Leeds and my current challenge is to ensure I go on 1,000 miles of walks this year.
